Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Manage inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor departmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and during flexible shifts.
