Restaurant Manager
Our client, a well-established restaurant with multiple branches across Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing staff to achieve operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and control costs, stock levels, and inventory
- Drive sales growth and revenue targets
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports on sales, operations, and staff performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Proven experience managing busy restaurant operations or multiple outlets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of inventory management, cost control, and sales performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

- High level of professionalism and integrity
