Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial and operational targets, and leading a high-performing team. The role ensures compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and service excellence while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House and Kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Monitor restaurant performance and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Build customer loyalty through memorable dining experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster teamwork and employee engagement.

Financial Management

• Monitor restaurant sales and profitability.
• Control labour and operational costs.
• Manage budgets and inventory.
• Prepare operational reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
