Role context

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities or duties

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.
• Schedule employee shifts.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and storage.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.

Qualifications or requirements

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in food & beverage operations.
• Proficient in POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Utalii graduates have an added advantage,
