Background

Workforce HR Consultants is recruiting an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Supervisor in Gigiri, Karen, Westlands & Kilimani.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff to achieve excellent customer service standards.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and overall performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, and operational supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or a similar role in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
