Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers, for the below branches, Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Aga Khan Walk, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, Wote.
Requirements
insurance/marketing certification, diploma or degree.
The role involves identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions. The role also includes preparing reports, handling customer queries, and collaborating with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing skills, including a strong ability to close sales and meet set targets.
- Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and recommend tailored solutions to clients.
- Proficient in time management, goal setting, and maintaining professional ethics in all business dealings.
- A minimum of a Certificate, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
