Confidence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisive action.

Advanced analytical capability, including demand forecasting and pricing strategy development.

Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, including OTAs, GDS, and CRS platforms.

Demonstrated ability to manage both rooms and MICE/event revenue streams successfully.

Excellent negotiation, judgment and decision-making skills.

Experience needed

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Finance or a related field.

At least 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally within a resort or large-scale hospitality operation.

Proven experience managing both rooms and banquet or conference revenue streams.

Hands-on familiarity with revenue systems, including RMS, PMS, and channel managers.
