Responsibilities or duties

  • Pricing & Licensing Architecture: Manage sophisticated software pricing models, including legacy SKU governance and new product licensing rollouts.
  • Advanced Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex Excel models (Power Query/Power Pivot) to analyze deal profitability and data integrity.
  • Strategic Deal Support: Partner across Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure complex deals, focusing on upsell opportunities (70–80%) and new logo acquisitions.
  • Systems Integration: Navigate M&A pricing transitions and integrate legacy systems into a unified catalog.
  • Operational Oversight: Use Salesforce and BI tools to track performance, spot data anomalies, and propose structural solutions.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Environment: Deep experience in a SaaS or software development setting (non-HR/services).
  • The Excel Stack: Mastery of Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas is non-negotiable.
  • Sales Tech: Proficiency in Salesforce (or ClientSpace), DocuSign, and SharePoint.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to work with Power BI/Tableau and basic SQL is a major plus.
  • M&A Exposure: Proven experience handling pricing transitions during mergers or legacy system migrations.

  • A collaborator comfortable speaking the language of both Engineering and Sales Ops.
  • A prioritization pro capable of hitting deadlines on multiple concurrent, high-stakes requests.
