LEISHEN RESORT LTD – The Leishen-Bungoma is a new boutique hotel looking to recruit passionate, service-driven professionals to fill positions across all departments. If you have a heart for hospitality and take pride in delivering excellent guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

Room Attendants (6 positions)

Daily Cleaning and Sanitation

• Bed Making: Stripping used beds and remaking with fresh linens.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
• General Upkeep: Dusting furniture, polishing fixtures, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash/recycling bins and replacing liners.

Room Preparation and Restocking

• Restocking soaps, shampoos, coffee/tea supplies, and towels.
• Properly loading, organizing, and restocking the daily supply cart.

Guest Services and Communication

• Greeting guests politely, responding to queries, and delivering requested items to rooms.
• Updating the front desk/supervisor on cleaned room status.

Safety and Maintenance

• Verifying lights, TVs, thermostats, and other appliances are in working order.
• Alerting Maintenance of broken items, damages, or necessary repairs.
• Maintaining security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.

Qualifications: Certificate in Housekeeping or related field; prior housekeeping experience an advantage; strong attention to detail.
