JOB DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for coordinating sales for walk-in customers while ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders. This role combines customer service, sales support, and order management in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases
- Process and fulfill online orders accurately and on time
- Manage order packing, pickups, and dispatch
- Maintain organized sales and inventory records
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and online
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or order fulfillment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, punctual, and team-focused
