Lifecare Hospital Migori is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare sales, especially in inpatient and outpatient service setup, and a strong drive to enhance patient acquisition and service visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase inpatient and outpatient service utilization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, corporate clients, and community partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Organize marketing campaigns, health camps, and outreach programs
  • Conduct market analysis to guide management decisions

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setup (hospital, clinic, or medical services)
  • Strong understanding of patient flow and healthcare service marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
