A sales executive's responsibilities include prospecting, demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships to meet sales targets.
Prospect for new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media. Contact and meet with potential and existing customers for sales visits or virtual meetings. Demonstrate and present products or services to clients. Negotiate contracts and packages to close deals. Maintain and build strong client relationships. Manage sales activities and customer records using CRM software. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events. Prepare and submit sales reports, quotes, and proposals. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills; ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships. Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals; tenacity, persuasion, and consultative selling skills. Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts, maintain accurate records, and manage a sales pipeline. Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media. Personal: A determined and confident approach, resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Male/Female Between 23-35 years of age. Good negotiation and communication skills. Certificate and diploma diploma in business related course/Marketing Previous experience in Sales is an added advantage. Commission based at entry level.
