JOB DETAILS:
LOCATION IS KENYA, UGANDA AND TANZANIA
SALARY IS 60–70K PLUS COMMISSIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive B2B boiler sales: set targets, generate leads, close deals, and manage renewals.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Acquire new clients.
- Collect client feedback and develop effective sales/marketing strategies.
- Mentor and train sales team members on technical sales and company services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales engineering.
- Knowledge of industrial steam boilers, renewable energy, and technical/engineering product sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English & Swahili, with ability to build new markets across East Africa.
