JOB DETAILS:
SALARY: KES 50,000 - 65,000
LOCATION: OUTERING ROAD
All candidates must:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales operations, sales leadership, or field team management (FMCG, distribution, or agritech experience preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams and fleet operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required).
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
