ur client in the manufacturing industry based along Thika Road is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide product guidance and support to clients.
  • Process orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitor activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years sales experience.
  • Proven experience in sales (experience in paint or construction materials is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
