Background information about the job or company

BAYE Africa, in partnership with the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA), invites qualified and passionate professionals to apply as trainers for the Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD) component under the NYOTA Program.

Qualifications or requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education, Business, Social Sciences, Community Development, Agribusiness or related field.
• Proficiency in training, facilitation, and youth skills development is required.
• Strong communication, facilitation and mentoring skills.

Experience needed

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training, facilitation or youth skills development.
• Proven experience in SESD, entrepreneurship.financial literacy or digital skills training.
• Experience working in ASAL regions is an added advantage.
