SME Team Leader – Sales (Logbook Loans)

Multiple Locations | Urgent Hiring | Rolling Shortlisting

Kazicloud Employ Limited is recruiting SME Team Leaders – Sales on behalf of a fast-growing financial services institution.

We are seeking strong, field-oriented sales leaders with proven experience in logbook loan business development and the ability to recruit and manage high-performing direct sales teams.

  • Eldoret
  • Kerugoya
  • Nyahururu
  • Mombasa
  • Thika
  • Kiambu
  • Kinoo

Role Purpose

The SME Team Leader will be responsible for driving business growth through logbook loan sales while building and managing a team of Direct Sales Agents (minimum 10).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive SME business growth through logbook loan sales and client acquisition
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a team of at least 10 Direct Sales Agents
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch targets
  • Maintain strong market visibility and build local referral networks
  • Monitor team performance, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Ensure compliance with lending and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience in logbook loans is mandatory
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead sales teams
  • Deep understanding of the local market and SME lending landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Diploma or Degree in a business-related course is an added advantage
