Kazicloud Employ Limited is recruiting SME Team Leaders – Sales on behalf of a fast-growing financial services institution.
We are seeking strong, field-oriented sales leaders with proven experience in logbook loan business development and the ability to recruit and manage high-performing direct sales teams.
Available Locations
Eldoret
Role Purpose
The SME Team Leader will be responsible for driving business growth through logbook loan sales while building and managing a team of Direct Sales Agents (minimum 10).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive SME business growth through logbook loan sales and client acquisition
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a team of at least 10 Direct Sales Agents
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch targets
- Maintain strong market visibility and build local referral networks
- Monitor team performance, reporting, and pipeline management
- Ensure compliance with lending and operational procedures
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in logbook loans is mandatory
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead sales teams
- Deep understanding of the local market and SME lending landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Diploma or Degree in a business-related course is an added advantage
