JOB DETAILS:
The SOP Clerk is responsible for accurate and timely processing of all sales orders and related documentation. This includes inputting quotations and sales orders into the ERP system (iScala), generating picking lists, invoices, delivery notes, and ensuring alignment with the customer’s request and company policies. The SOP Clerk works closely with the sales team, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Data Entry
2. Documentation & System Management
3. Coordination & Communication
4. Compliance & Internal Controls
5. HubSpot CRM Integration
Key Outputs/Deliverables
1. Accurate and timely entry of quotations and sales orders in iScala
2. Generation of correct picking lists, invoices, and delivery documentation
3. Up-to-date and accurate customer and product information in the system
4. Clear communication with sales, warehouse, and finance teams
5. Proper document control and audit trail of all processed orders
6. HubSpot CRM and iScala order linkage maintained and updated
Academic and professional Qualifications and experience required
1. Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
2. Basic accounting or ERP systems training is an advantage.
Experience Required
1. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales administration, data entry, or order processing
2. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., iScala) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is an added advantage
3. Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
