SALAD MAN (Commis - Garde Manger)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Cold Food: Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and salads .
• Make Dressings: Prepare salad dressings and cold sauces .
• Assemble Plates: Craft visually appealing and appetizing salad and cold starter plates .
• Manage Fresh Stock: Monitor produce levels, ensure proper storage (FIFO) to prevent spoilage .
• Ensure Sanitation: Prevent cross-contamination and sanitize the workstation thoroughly .

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.

• Pre-Departure Training
