Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3–4 years hotel sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
