Key Responsibilities

Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities (public and private sector).

Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical and Product Experts) to gather required documentation.

Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals within strict deadlines.

Maintain and update tender documentation, pricing schedules, and compliance records.

Track tender results and maintain a tender database/reporting system.

Ensure all submissions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative support to the Sales Team as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in tender administration, sales support, or bid coordination.

Strong knowledge of tender processes and documentation requirements.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Nitro).

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
