Role Overview
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Sales Team. The role ensures efficient order processing, accurate sales reporting, seamless customer coordination, and effective collaboration across internal departments to support overall commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and verify sales orders from key accounts and field sales teams
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer master data
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, data management, and report generation
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
