Job Summary

Responsible for marketing and selling credit and financial products to individuals and businesses while sourcing new clients, managing loan applications, and ensuring timely repayments.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell loan products through field visits, referrals, and community outreach.
• Identify and onboard new individual and business clients
• Guide clients through loan applications, documentation, preliminary due diligence, and preliminary assessments.
• Monitor loan processing, disbursement, client repayments, and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize defaults.
• Build strong client relationships, address customer inquiries professionally, and submit regular performance reports to management

Requirements

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in microfinance, lending, or financial services.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and knowledge of credit/lending practices.
