JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
Sales Assistants will support excellent customer service, ensure stock availability on the floor, assist customers with product selection, and maintain a clean and organized sales area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, guide, and support customers with product inquiries
- Assist customers with sizing, alternatives, and product recommendations
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock presentation
- Ensure proper fitting room control and stock return
- Support shrinkage and loss control measures
- Support daily store readiness and merchandising
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or a Fashion-related course
- Previous retail or FMCG experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: professional certificate
