What You'll Do
Lodge Acquisition & Sales Acquisition
Prospect and onboard new lodges while building strong relationships with general managers, chefs, and procurement officers. Show them how Kijani delivers reliability, savings, and hassle-free ordering.
Account Growth & SKU Penetration
Map menu cycles and procurement patterns to help lodges streamline their purchasing. Introduce them to our full catalogue and shift them from chaotic, ad-hoc orders to predictable monthly procurement.
Drive Adoption of Our Platform
Guide lodges through our Procurement OS—from initial audits to WhatsApp-based ordering, demand planning, and automated replenishment. Make their lives easier.
Deliver Exceptional Service
Conduct regular account reviews, resolve service issues quickly, and ensure every lodge gets accurate deliveries and clear communication.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Identify new sourcing opportunities, competitive pricing, and regional lodge openings.Report weekly on revenue progress, lodge movement, pipeline, and risk.Maintain accurate CRM data, lodge insights, and procurement cycles.
What We're Looking For
Experience
3–5 years in sales, account management, or client-facing roles
Background in hospitality, tourism, food distribution, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain
Familiarity with the Mara lodge ecosystem or safari hospitality is a major plus
Skills
Natural relationship builder with strong communication skills (written, spoken,online)
Analytical mindset—you can spot patterns in procurement data and turn them into opportunities
Comfortable with CRM tools and structured reporting
Valid driver's license and confident driving across varied terrain
Ready to travel regularly across lodge clusters
