We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused Sales Attendants to join our airport retail client.

• Actively promote and sell baggage wrapping services and travel essentials.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales performance
• Process transactions accurately via POS systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing service area.
• Deliver fast, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Support stock management, replenishment, and daily counts.
• Adhere to airport security, safety, and operational procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation with basic selling and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in busy passenger environments.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and nights).

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Customer Service, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is an added advantage.
