Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing high-volume product distribution, primarily laptops and related IT hardware. This role ensures smooth coordination between vendors, resellers, and internal teams to drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales order processing: Manage and track orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Inventory coordination: Monitor stock levels, liaise with warehouse teams, and align supply with demand.
  • Vendor & reseller communication: Act as the point of contact for suppliers and channel partners, ensuring clear updates on pricing, promotions, and product availability.
  • Pricing & quotation support: Prepare competitive quotes, apply volume discounts, and align with USD exchange rates when required.
  • Sales reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, outstanding balances, and pipeline status.
  • Loan/credit coordination: Track customer credit terms, ensure deductions are captured during payroll (if applicable), and highlight outstanding balances in USD.
  • Approval tracking: Monitor loan or credit requests, track approval timelines, and escalate delays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in IT distribution or sales coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of volume product sales (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers etc)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Competencies

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with currency conversion and USD rate application.
  • Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities.
