Background

Lassyncy Holdings Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive market penetration for a brand of sanitary pads by securing shelf space in retail outlets and managing relationships with distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry & Distribution: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesalers.
  • Product Awareness: Conduct product demonstrations and educate shop owners/customers on the product's unique selling points.
  • Merchandising: Ensure the product is prominently displayed and well-stocked at all times.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed volume targets within the assigned territory.
  • Reporting: Provide updates on market feedback, competitor activity, and stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year in FMCG sales, with a preference for personal care or hygiene products.
  • Market Strategy: Ability to execute entry strategies, potentially involving testing and professional endorsements for local market success.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and "head-hunting" skills to convert new accounts.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
