• Secure events sales and corporate booking contracts to drive revenues
• Engage companies, factories, and corporates with proximity to the restaurant
• Market the restaurant through online channels
• Generate sales through specialized events, weddings, birthdays, graduations, both in-restaurant and for outside catering.
• Gather market intelligence and key customer data
• Achieve sales targets and assigned KPIs

• Outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in corporate sales, cold calling, and face-to-face engagement
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable working with little or no supervision

• BSC/BA degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in direct sales
