Sales Executive – IT Job (60-80K)Reporting to: Operations Business Manager

Ksh 60k -80K plus commission

Our client in the IT industry is seeking to hire an experienced, results-driven, and tech-savvy Sales Executive to drive sales of their hardware solutions and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage potential clients through various channels to drive business growth.
  • Sales Growth & Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth and maximized sales opportunities.
  • Client Consultation – Understand client security needs and provide tailored cyber security solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations – Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our cyber security services.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation – Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
  • Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Market Research & Industry Trends – Stay updated on emerging cyber security threats, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and senior management to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Sales Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years, preferably B2B sales, preferably selling hardware.
  • Proven track record in sales management, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, IT, or a related field from a recognized institution.
