Purpose: To learn the fundamentals of sales and tender processes in a B2B and B2G environment, supporting the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market research and identifying new tender opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of tender documents: collecting compliance certificates, formatting proposals, and compiling annexes.
  • Help update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client and opportunity data.
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits (where possible) to understand project needs.
  • Learn about product/service offerings and local content requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Final year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
