A leading real estate firm is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve set targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and property listings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently.
  • Must be a team player with a professional demeanor.

Remuneration:

  • A competitive package of Ksh 30,000 base salary.
