Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, institutional, and commercial sectors.
- Promote and sell water treatment and industrial chemical solutions to new and existing clients.
- Develop structured territory sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits to assess operational needs and recommend appropriate chemical solutions.
- Ensure consistent after-sales follow-up and technical support.
Technical Advisory Support
- Provide technical guidance on chemical application, safety standards, and dosage requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize solution effectiveness for clients.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging industry trends.
- Provide structured market feedback to support product development and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field.
- 3–4 years’ proven sales experience in water treatment chemicals and/or industrial chemicals.
- Experience managing B2B clients within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of industrial chemical applications and water treatment processes.
- Ability to interpret technical product specifications and safety data sheets (SDS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance standards.
Behavioral Competencies
- Smart, dynamic, and performance-driven personality.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management capability.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.

- Growth in industrial client portfolio.
- Client retention and contract renewals.
- Timely and accurate sales reporting.
