1. Job Purpose
To drive sales growth across both real estate and events management portfolios by identifying prospects, building client relationships, and closing deals. The role ensures customer satisfaction, compliance with industry standards, and achievement of sales targets while keeping the Sales & Marketing Manager fully informed.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Liaison & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary contact between the company and clients in both real estate and events sectors.
Facilitate communication with property owners, corporate clients, and event organizers.
Escalate client concerns, operational challenges, and financial matters when necessary.
B. Sales Operations Oversight
Conduct daily sales calls, meetings, and presentations for real estate properties and event packages.
Promote offerings, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deal closure.
Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across both business lines.
C. Client & Market Development
Build and maintain long-term relationships with property buyers, investors, and event clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in both industries.
D. Financial Oversight & Reporting
Monitor expenses, revenue performance, and client payment obligations.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and reconciliations.
Support operational analysis and forecasting.
E. Customer Service
Handle client inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
F. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with real estate and events industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, sales, and client interactions.
Implement risk mitigation strategies in sales operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of sales targets (real estate and events).
Customer satisfaction ratings and repeat business.
Accuracy of sales records and reconciliations.
Growth in client base and retention levels.
Compliance with industry regulations.
3. Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in sales, with exposure to both real estate and events management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of property sales and event service packages.
