This is a Sales Executive position within Computech Healthcare Solutions Ltd, focusing on Health Care Medical Equipment. The role involves managing sales targets, building client relationships, and expanding market coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Hard KPIs
- Meeting sales target
- Generating leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Market coverage in the assigned territories outside Nairobi i.e. regular travelling
- Flexible to travel frequently for both local and international
b) Soft KPI's
- Keeping records of sales to track the performance during the year via CRM
- Daily activity reporting
- Preparation of quotations and RFQs
c) Preparation of reports required for decision making in terms of forecasting and projection.
d) Assisting other team members across portfolios
e) Perform any other duty as assigned by the management
Education:
- BSC degree in Life Sciences -Biomedical Engineering or Bio medical Sciences, Radiographer /Sonographer
- Sales and Marketing Certificate
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in Critical Care.
- Proven capability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations.
Knowledge & Skills requirements
- Ability to effectively interact with peers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Should have commercial and business awareness.
- Flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and Health care systems
