About The Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our base of paying businesses. You'll own the full sales cycle prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding SMEs onto our listing, digital marketing, and e-commerce products. This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who thrives on building relationships and hitting numbers in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (digital services, SaaS, advertising, or SME-focused products preferred).
  • Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, closing, and CRM-documented pipeline management.
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Kenyan SME landscape and digital marketing fundamentals.
