JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:

The Sales Executive will market and sell Fahari Homes projects, generate and follow up on sales leads, conduct site visits and client presentations, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell Fahari Homes projects independently.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Conduct site visits and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
• Previous sales experience is an added advantage (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
