We have been in existence for over 30 years, present in Angola, Sao Tome, East Timor, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and now in Tanzania handling advertising needs for corporates, SMEs, and small businesses across our group companies
Responsibilities or duties
Sales & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client needs and provide tailored sales solutions
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Debt Pursuit & Recovery
- Monitor client accounts for overdue payments
- Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Maintain accurate records of all debt recovery communications
- Negotiate payment plans or settlements with clients when necessary
- Ensure payment agreements are properly documented and adhered to
- Escalate unresolved debt matters to Finance or Legal teams
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and recover debts
- Provide regular updates and reports on debt recovery progress
Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
- Ensure all sales and debt recovery activities are properly documented
- Prepare reports on outstanding debts, recovery rates, and client payment behavior
- Adhere to company policies and all legal regulations regarding sales and debt recovery
- Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
- Experience in debt collection or credit control is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and reporting skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
