QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE – Sales Executive, Nairobi

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience: 7–10 years in real estate sales, with strong experience in off-plan projects.
  • Networking: Established relationships with local brokers, developers, banks, corporate clients, investors, and diaspora clients.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Nairobi’s real estate market.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Proven Track Record: Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to manage and motivate teams and broker networks.
  • Commercial Acumen: Highly proactive, results-oriented, and business-savvy.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or advanced qualifications advantageous.
