Background

We are seeking two (2) dynamic and experienced Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates must have proven experience in the sales of office spaces, accommodations, and rental properties. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring high occupancy rates across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell office spaces, rental units, and accommodation facilities.
  • Source and engage prospective clients through calls, site visits, and networking.
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms and close rental agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or rental space marketing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
  • Well-presented, confident, and persuasive.
  • Knowledge of local rental market trends is an added advantage.
