Background

Tropic heat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Export Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our international market presence and driving export sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and develop new export markets and customer opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with international clients and distributors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee the export documentation and logistics process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, finance) to ensure smooth export operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in export sales management.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

Experience Needed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
