What You'll Do
As a Sales Intern at Dejavu Technology Solutions Ltd., you will:
- Identify potential customers through online research, cold calls, emails, and referrals.
- Update and maintain lead databases or CRM systems.
- Learn the company's ICT products (software, hardware, networking solutions, cloud services, etc.).
- Assist in preparing product demos and presentations.
- Explain basic product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Collect and analyze information on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences and prepare simple research reports to guide in improving the sales strategy.
- Follow up with clients on pending orders, support inquiries, and feedback.
- Prepare weekly or monthly sales performance reports.
- Work with the technical team to understand product updates or customer requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns, digital content, and promotions.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing, Mass communication, Digital Marketing or any business related course.
- Previous Sales & Marketing experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
