The Sales Lead will drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion for the company’s fiber broadband and related services. This role combines leadership of the sales team with active pipeline management, strategic planning, and direct client engagement. The Sales Lead ensures targets are met through effective coaching, performance monitoring, and execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities (both B2B and B2C as applicable).
- Forecast sales performance, monitor pipeline progression, and report weekly/monthly outcomes.
- Coordinate with marketing to create campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales representatives (agents/field teams).
- Set individual and team sales KPIs, review performance frequently, and offer skills coaching.
- Organize regular sales meetings to share insights, best practices, and performance updates.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, property developers, building managers, and enterprise customers.
- Deliver product presentations, proposals, and cost quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Facilitate handover to operations & technical teams for installation and onboarding.
Market Insights & Reporting
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insight recommendations to senior management.
- Track customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom / ISP / fiber broadband.
- Proven leadership experience and track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories
