Background

Phoenix Capital Limited is a leading microfinance institution specializing in logbook loans. They are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead their logbook product, drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and drive high-performing sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Generate, manage and convert quality leads into disbursed logbook loans.
  • Plan and execute field activations, roadshows and marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance, prepare reports and implement data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in microfinance logbook lending in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of growing a logbook loan portfolio and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Experience leading and coaching large sales teams (up to 70 staff) to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong expertise in business development, lead generation, field activations and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and performance management skills.
  • Willing to spend 90% of the time in the field driving sales and coaching teams.
