JOB DETAILS:

Key areas of Responsibility

• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Sales Consultants/ Executives.
• Direct sales staffing training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
• Establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Order/acquire new- and used-vehicle inventory.
• Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs.
• Display, merchandises and promote new vehicle sales and lease agreements.
• Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
• Serve as liaison between sales department and other departments.
• Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Schedule and plan New Owner Clinics as a follow-up to the delivery process.
• Ensure the Sales consultants achieve their set targets as aligned to the company budget.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Attend managers’ meetings as requested.
• Prepare and present timely reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/Management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Monitor the Sales consultants’ performance on a regular basis to ensure target achievement.
• Assign duties to team in line with their job roles.
• Demonstrate leadership skills of managing a team efficiently by contributing to team development.
• Conduct regular training to ensure consistency in brand standards delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• bachelor’s degree in business related course.
• Five to Seven (5-7) years related experience in automotive industry.
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Environmental adoptability
• Good analytical, presentation and effective communications skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• High agility, personal standards, and goal oriented.
• Strong business acumen
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
