JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a fresh, fun creative individual with star potential to join our aggressive Sales & Marketing Team for 3 months as a Sales & Marketing attaché. The program aims at providing the attachés an opportunity to acquire practical aspects of their respective areas of specialization within Sales & Marketing as partial fulfillment of their Diploma/ degree program. During this period, the attaché will be based in Smoothtel Head Office on Menelik Road, off Ngong’ Road. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying business prospects through cold calling and pitching
• Generate new business leads through new or existing networks in the market
• Booking meetings for the Senior Management Staff
• Pushing our product and services to the market
• Updating and expanding our sales pipeline
• Managing our company social media platforms, and creating creative social media strategiesand,
• Any other responsibilities assigned

Job Qualifications:
• Be a Kenyan Citizen aged between 20 and 25years
• Should be a continuing student pursuing a Diploma/ Degree from a recognized University
• Should have a valid introduction letter from the university
• Should have an approved application with NITA
• Must be available full time for the three months duration of the program
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Have a positive attitude and good negotiation skills
• Should be passionate about Sales & Marketing,and
• Should be well conversant with digital marketing platforms e.g Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
