Job Summary
This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people management. You will lead multifunction teams, set performance targets, analyze sales metrics, and ensure that every marketing campaign directly translates into measurable revenue growth.
What we’re looking for:
- 6–8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
- Minimum 3 years managing multifunction teams
- Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands
- Strong ability to track performance, analyze results, and take corrective action
- Skilled in aligning marketing strategies with business goals
