We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to support the growth of the organization by expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing effective marketing strategies, and promoting the organization's products and services to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to products or services.
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales and marketing or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
