We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst / Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales, operations, and management by providing insights, process improvements, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities or duties
- Analyze sales performance data, pipelines, forecasts, and conversion metrics.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency and revenue growth.
- Support sales teams with data insights, pricing analysis, and territory performance reviews.
- Review and improve sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with management to translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools (CRM systems an added advantage).
- Experience working with sales teams and commercial data.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
